ABOUT THE ARTIST

Seeing the world
through flowers.

As a freelance artist, my connection to flowers and the natural world has been a constant presence since childhood. I find myself seeing the world through flowers, perceiving them not merely as natural forms but as symbols through which I interpret emotions, understand people, and reflect on human nature.

I am drawn to the individuality of each flower, from the shapes of its petals and the subtleties of its colors to the meanings, feelings, and moral qualities I associate with it.

Beyond their personal significance, flowers have become a way for me to reconnect with my Egyptian and Persian roots. Fascinated by the symbolic role of flowers across both civilizations, I find inspiration in the ways nature has historically been used to express ideas, beliefs, and cultural identity.

This connection encourages me to look deeper into my heritage and consider how its visual languages and symbolism continue to resonate with me today.

For me, flowers are more than a source of inspiration; they are a way of seeing, feeling, and understanding the world. They connect my artistic imagination with my personal experiences, cultural heritage, and ongoing exploration of the meanings embedded in nature.

MY ARTISTIC PRACTICE

Between observation
and imagination.

My artistic practice explores the intersection of nature, color, texture, and imagination. Through painting, drawing, and mixed media, I investigate the expressive potential of botanical forms, intricate patterns, and gestural lines, creating compositions that balance organic references with abstraction.

My work is characterized by a layered visual language in which vivid color, ornamental detail, and material experimentation interact to create depth, movement, and visual complexity. I am particularly interested in the transformation of familiar natural forms into expressive compositions that invite new ways of seeing and interpretation.

I approach art as a continuous process of exploration and discovery, allowing experimentation to inform both my technique and visual expression. Each work represents an evolving dialogue between observation and imagination, structure and spontaneity, and the tangible qualities of materials and the emotions they evoke.
